Education
Tracey is a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario). She is an advanced accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation and has a law degree from the University of Ottawa. Tracey completed her Master of Arts degree in Counselling & Spirituality from Saint Paul University (in conjunction with the University of Ottawa).
Professional Experience
Tracey has worked as a coach and counsellor for almost 15 years, as well as conducting facilitated discussions and workplace wellness assessments for the Federal Government. Her private practice as a career and life coach / counsellor has supported individuals seeking change, coping with personal struggles, or facing life transitions (career, marital, life-stage, etc.).
Tracey’s experience at the Saint Paul Counselling Centre, as well as in her external placement in a busy therapy clinic, offered her an opportunity to support individuals ranging in age from 12 to 65 and who were facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, compassion fatigue, trauma, self-esteem issues, and marital or relationship issues.
