What to expect in a coaching session?

  • The first session is 90 minutes. This session is used to set goals and talk about what brought you to coaching.
  • 6-8 sessions are often required to achieve the desired progress.
  • Some at-home work is expected, i.e., you may be asked to complete questionnaires or track certain behaviours between sessions.
  • Clients are supported between sessions via email or text for those tricky situations that may arise.
